Sales positions
As a Daiichi Sankyo sales representative, you will join a national sales force of more than 800 professionals. Our sales force is constantly growing and is a key factor in our success. Our streamlined structure and automated systems allow for quick response to both your needs and the needs of your customers. Our headquarters sales operations staff works to help you in the field and minimize your administrative requirements.
Sales Compensation at Daiichi Sankyo provides the opportunity for sales representatives to earn a substantial amount of incentive pay in addition to their base salary by successfully promoting our products to prescribers. Our program is competitive with those of the largest pharmaceutical companies. If you couple your outstanding sales efforts with commitment, motivation, knowledge, and skill in the job, you may be eligible for one, two or all three of our annual awards. The Gold Cup, Platinum Performance Circle, and Rising Sun Experience are honors bestowed on high performing Daiichi Sankyo sales representatives. Awards are supplemental to the regular incentive compensation program and may include trophies, vacations, and monetary awards.

Research & Development positions
Daiichi Sankyo is building a world-class global infrastructure to accelerate R&D activities in Japan, United States and Europe. By utilizing the distinct development environments of each region, our goal is to file simultaneous NDA applications for extensive market penetration. In Japan, the R&D Division and the Pharmaceutical Technology Division form the nucleus of our R&D structure, while overseas global development activities are led by U.S.-based Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. and Daiichi Sankyo Development Ltd. in Europe.
